There are a number of details to planning a wedding.  Caterer.  Photographer.  Videographer.  Floral designer.  Limousine service.  Accommodations.  It’s hard enough when the wedding is in your hometown, much less a destination wedding!

We understand, and want to help.  As we discuss your storybook wedding, we’ll provide you with resources we know and trust.  We will coordinate as many of the services you want us to coordinate, or can just provide you with a few suggestions. Either way, it’s sure to be an easier process when you have help in the planning.

Here is a checklist of resources we can discuss with you:

• Negotiate contracts with all vendors to ensure best service and pricing
• Arrange for appropriate venues for each of your events
• Design computerized layout of each event
• Assist in selection and ordering of all printed materials including "save the dates," invitations, table seating cards, programs, and more
• Coordinate transportation needs for wedding party, family, and guests
• Secure appropriate musicians/entertainment for the ceremony and reception
• Secure a caterer, baker and bar service and assist as needed in the menu design
• Design floral and décor to bride and groom’s individual tastes, style and budget
• Hire a photographer and/or videographer
• Keep an updated master budget and create a payment schedule to track when deposits must be paid to each vendor
• Direct the proceedings of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
• Provide progress updates at designated times
• Assist in ordering wedding favors for guests and gifts for attendants and family
• Book appointments for hair, make up and spa services
